CAMRA Deal, Dover & Sandwich - Social Events Diary


  Date: Saturday, 13th September 2008  
  Event: Walk - Up the hill  
  Details: From Lydden, a good climb up to the The Bell Inn on the Village Green in Shepherdswell. This is followed by a leisurely stroll over to the Yew Tree, Barfrestone. About 5 miles. Then a 2 mile walk back to Eythorne or Shepherdswell for the bus or train home.  
  Meet at: Meet at The Hope Inn, Lydden, at midday  
  Date: Thursday, 18th September 2008  
  Event: Bus trip - The Northwest Frontier  
  Details: A bus trip out to the northwest corner of our branch, including Ash, Wingham, Preston, Stourmouth & Plucks Gutter  
  Meet at: Meet at the White Horse, Dover at 6.30pm

  Event: Walk - Easy stroll to Ash & Staple  
  Details: A gentle stroll to pubs in Ash and Staple. Around 5 miles.  
  Meet at: Meet at The Three Tuns, Staple, at 12.15pm
