2010 Pub Walk Calendar is announced
The less fortunate need to go great distances to find peaceful countryside and good rural pubs, so let"s count our blessings that they"re just on our doorstep!
Date: 26/3/2010Come and join our leisurely pub walks and support your country pubs this summer. Apart from the August ramble over the chalk downlands, walks are across flat or undulating terrain. Saturday afternoons are a good time for pubs, less hectic than Sundays. Public transport is better and improved timetables aid flexibility. If you"re feeling tired or the heavens open, we can usually improvise as we go along.
The walks are primarily intended for CAMRA members, though other well-behaved people are welcome on a lead.
See the Diary page for all the information.
